Within these Terms & Conditions “Neurological Foundation” or “us”, “we” or "our" refers to the owner of this website, www.BrainWeek.co.nz, whose registered office is 66 Grafton Road, Grafton, Auckland, New Zealand. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Within this Privacy Policy, the term “BrainWeek" or “Neurological Foundation” or “us”, “we” or "our" refers to the owner of the website. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

This Privacy Policy sets out how we use and protect any information that you give us when you use this website. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission to or are required to by law. We may use your personal information to send you information from the Neurological Foundation, about BrainWeek, other activities and opportunities to donate if you have consented for this to happen.

The information we collect:

The Neurological Foundation operates the website www.BrainWeek.co.nz. As part of our operations we may gather certain types of information about the users of our sites:

  • Personally Identifiable Information. This is provided by you when you register for services that we may offer including the BrainWeek 7 day Challenge. Providing this information will always be optional for you. However, some services may not be available to you, such as the 7 Day Challenge, if you choose not to provide it.
